CheNath is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit unless optional insurance was purchased. Insurance is 3% of declared value and must be requested before shipping. All sales are final. No refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, duties, or delivery fees once paid. Claims without insurance cannot be honored.
